did a little marshall wall to bofax.. slightly over 100 miles, and i think a little bit over 10,000 feet climbing. stopped at the cheese factory as usual, and took a power nap in the grass on bolinas ridge (side of mount tam) on the way back. nice ride, but a pretty big one for not having been riding much.

it was taken with my new camera.. $65 shipped at dell.com; a fujifilm a170. working well thus far. anyway, this ride was FULL of waterfalls.. HUGE waterfalls.. so many waterfalls i had to stop and relieve myself about 15 times.. lost some data from a few other rides also.. it's all good.. a lot of headlands in there and you don't need to hear about that again. good news is i just ordered a 320 gb hitachi for $50.. hopefully this one lasts.

bailded down highway one to bolinas.. i took a turn onto horseshoe hill rd and it spit me out back at highway one a little further north. i thought maybe i had skipped some of the "forrest climbs" on shoreline highway (1) inbetween bolinas and olema, but it turns out i hadn't.. bailed up to olema and then climbed up sir francis drake and on to the cross marin trail.. most of the pictures are of good ole' samuel p. taylor park (a favorite)
